Further training with Schober
Staff development represents an important human resource management instrument for the Schober Group. It is important that our staff is always up-to-date with the latest findings to make sure we provide our customers with high-quality products and a very good quality of service.
This ensures that they are a competent contact partner for our customers. Because: quality is based on knowledge and know-how. Our high level of staff development systematically prepares our employees for the demands of the present and the future.
The employee actively participates in developing the course of their own further training. New qualification requirements are renegotiated annually in cooperation with managers, the personnel department and their staff. In addition to specialised further training, the Schober Group personnel department places special emphasis on qualification and further training of our staff in social and methodological skills.
Schober provides its staff with the opportunity to further develop their skills by participating in:

- external training sessions, and continuing education measures
- product training
- external continuing education via online training
